D. Bandwidth use limits, Storage space, etc. Fees for going over bandwidth use limits can be prohibitive, so make it a routine to check bandwidth use,

Private Sites are websites which provide information, and/or resources, and/or tools, and/or services to members who join and pay a one-off or monthly/quarterly/yearly fee.
The way private sites work is after a member joins the private site they are usually given a user-name/password and log in to the private section to access the information that they paid for.
The big advantage of private sites is that if you information is updated regularly and is good quality many members will renew their subscriptions again and again - building you a residual income even if you do little additional marketing.
The disadvantages of private sites is that you probably need to frequently update the members' area (potentially lots of work!), and you absolutely must make sure your website is reliable - or otherwise members will not be able to access the information that they paid for.
To set up a private site you will need not only the private area, but also a public area explaining the benefits of purchasing membership, and a subscription management system to keep track of members' user-names and passwords. Top 10 Job Hunting Mistakes - How to Avoid Them
Recently a group of 12 experienced Human Resource Managers and recruiters, with a collective 105 years of experience, got together and listed the top 10 job hunting mistakes. These mistakes are regardless of the type of job the job hunter was looking for-the jobs ranged from part-time, an internship or a professional looking for a full-time job.
Avoid these top ten common job hunting mistakes and you'll be a lot closer to the right career and the best job possible. Here's the top ten list in no particular order:
1. Applying for a position that you are obviously not qualified for. The HR managers were clear on this mistake. They were not saying when the job announcement asked for at least 3 years of experience, that it's a mistake for you to apply for the job when you only have 2 ½ years experience. Rather, the job announcement listed as a key requirement, a college degree, and the job applicant hadn't graduated from high school.
In another frequent example, the job requirement listed a specific certification or license and the applicant had neither basic qualifications.
2. All of the HR managers stated they filled many positions by never advertising. The estimates ranged from 40% to 90%, of individuals hired through referrals, the candidate came knocking and later an opening occurred or the HR manager found a good candidate working somewhere else and encouraged them to apply.
So another big job hunting mistake is waiting for the job to come to you rather than you hunting down possible job openings and opportunities.
3. Many job hunters, the HR managers stated, did not take the job search seriously. The job hunting process takes time and if currently unemployed, should be looked upon as a full time job. The HR managers all had stories to tell of the applicant who was sending out a couple of resumes a week and was expecting to quickly find the right job.
4. Not doing your homework has doomed many an applicant. An applicant who lacks knowledge about the employer will quickly go the bottom of the list. With the internet, and other resources, it's a quick study to learn basic knowledge about a company or organization. A candidate who knows the company's products or services, its competitors and current issues affecting the company will have a considerable advantage in the hiring process.
5. A small item but easy to correct. Sending in an application packet and addressing it to "To whom it may concern." All the HR managers gave credit to the applicant who called the company and asked for the name of the HR manger or the hiring manager and directed their information to that individual. Also, much of this information may be available on the internet.
6. At the job interview the applicant who has great difficulty talking about their accomplishments. So many applicants never adequately explain why they should be hired. The interviewer is no mind reader so the applicant doesn't get hired.
7. The applicant who shows up for the interview overconfident and unprepared. The HR managers all stated they see applicants every week who apparently expect to be hired because they showed up, were witty and expected that to impress the interviewer.
8. The applicant who never follows up on the interview. No thank you letter to add to the information learned in the interview, no phone calls, nothing. This doesn't mean the applicant should be calling every day, but reasonable contacts show the hiring manager that you are still interested.
9. A lack of professional appearance. This not only includes yourself personally, but how your resume is put together, the type of paper. Purple paper will stand out but is not professional. A "cute" email address like studmuffin@cozy.com will not make it; get a new email address.
10. Not being organized. Several of the HR managers related stories of calling the applicant for more information and getting a confused response. It's a good practice to keep a log of your job hunting activities; notes of interviews, material sent to employers, if you customize each resume and cover letter copies of each, dates of follow-up calls and results, all show a level of organization that will help you find the right job.
So there you have it, the top 10 mistakes way to many job applicants make that keeps them from being hired. Their job hunt takes to long and many times when they do get hired it's the wrong job for the wrong employer. Take these top 10 to heart and you'll more quickly find the right job with the right employer that you'll be happy with.
How to Make Job Searches Stress Free
The "job" of searching for a job can take a lot of time, effort, and occasionally be accompanied by stress. However, it doesn't have to be that way; if you know the right way to look for job, your hunt will take less effort and produce happier results.
First, you need clarity in your own mind concerning the type of job for which you will be applying. If you are unsure where to begin, plan your job search according to your qualifications and life interests. To simply look through help wanted ads or the Internet without knowing what you want in a job will waste a lot of your time and lead to almost inevitable discouragement. After all, how can you know you've found the right job if you don't know what you're after?
Once you have a specific type of job in mind, a great place to begin is at a local job fair. Job fairs afford you the opportunity to talk with dozens of company representatives - all during the same day! Typically, job fairs incorporate the same types of positions, increasing time efficiency during your visit.
When attending a job fair, bring at least 2-3 dozen copies of your resume, carrying them in a protective folder to keep them from damage. Additionally, make copies of certifications and school transcripts in case either is requested of you.

Career Planning Test - Making The Grade
A career planning test serves a variety of purposes. It can improve your self-awareness. It can help you determine if you are mature and ready enough to begin your own career management. A career planning test can help you identify your abilities and areas of aptitude and clarify your values. All of this can help you and an employment counselor match you to occupations for which you are best suited. A career planning test is not a form of magic. It cannot point you toward the "perfect" job, and it does not reveal the "real" you. It is a directional aid.
A career planning test is also known as a standardized assessment instrument or inventory, and there are several types. Some are done with pencil and paper, while others are done on a computer. These tests are usually given by professional people such as career counselors. Most students do a battery of these tests. Students at the elementary school level are not given these tests, because their interests and values are not set.

9 Steps To Financial Freedom
You might have read Suze Orman's "The 9 Steps To Financial Freedom" which outlines how you can achieve financial freedom by following nine principles that revolve around exploring peoples attitudes towards money, educating them to save money and how to manage their finances, then finally, showing them how to invest their money for the future.
This has been one of the favourite books on the subject of creating wealth. However, in today's fast paced world, I also feel that a more practical and hands-on approach is necessary in helping people to achieve financial freedom.
Therefore, I have outlined a 9 step plan of my own that will help you attain financial freedom as follows:
1. Take a full inventory of your income and expenses
Take a blank sheet of paper and on the left hand side of the page write down all your monthly out-goings. Once you've done that move to the right hand side of the page and write down your monthly income. The difference between your total monthly income and your total monthly expenditure will determine how quickly you achieve financial freedom.
2. Control your spending habits by creating a budget and sticking to it
Create a budget by examining your monthly out-goings and determine how much money you really need to pay all your bills and cover your monthly expenses. Also, stop purchasing goods using your credit cards and pay for goods using money that you have in the bank. If you don't have the money, then don't make the purchase. The only exception to this rule would be for larger purchases, cases where it would be simply impractical to pay by cash. In those cases, make sure you submit an additional payment along with your usual monthly repayment to cover the cost of any large purchases.
3. Look at immediate ways to reduce your expenditure
There are many ways that you can start saving money. For a start I'm sure that you can save hundreds of dollars by switching to cheaper suppliers for your household utilities. Another easy way to save money is to transfer any outstanding credit card balances to 0% credit cards (or low interest rate alternatives).
4. Look at immediate ways of increasing your income
The simplest ways of making more money is working harder or working longer hours. Volunteer to work weekends or put in a few extra hours during the week if you have to. Perhaps you can get a part-time job working on the weekends at a local store. You might also be able to supplement your income by doing various odd jobs (e.g. providing tuition to local school kids on the weekend).
5. Pay off any debts and loans as soon as you can
You are always going to struggle to achieve financial freedom if you are up to your neck in debt. The first thing you need to do when you start making any extra money is to pay off your existing loans and debts. Take a look at how much you are paying on credit card payments and loan repayments per month. Does it make sense taking out one larger but cheaper loan to repay all your existing debts? Can you pay off all your loans any sooner by doing so?
6. Get independent financial advice and create a long-term investment plan
Once you've started controlling your expenses and have some money left in your bank account at the end of the month, then I strongly advise you to get independent financial advice on managing your money. Create a long-term investment plan so that you are investing your hard-earned money into savings, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, investment plans (there may be certain tax-free plans that you can take advantage of depending on which country you happen to be living in).
7. Create additional income streams
Look at other ways of making money both offline and online. You might consider investing in a low-cost home business of your own. Additionally, there are many ways that you can start making money online. One of the easiest ways is to start your own online business is by selling goods on eBay. 8. Use other people's money to purchase long-term assets
If you analyse how wealthy people have accumulated their wealth you'll notice that the majority of the richest people in the world have made their money in real-estate (property), and they used just a fraction of their own money to do so. If you don't already own your own home, I strongly suggest that you plan to do so as soon as possible. You only have to put down a small percentage of the money as a deposit (in some case no money at all) and use the bank's money to purchase your home.
9. Re-invest surplus income into your long-term investment plan
The secret to achieving financial freedom is to invest your money and build up your own portfolio of long-term assets (such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds and real-estate) which will provide you with an income in years. Eventually, the income you earn from your assets will be far greater than the salary that you're earning from your 9 to 5, and you will never have to work again.

The Habit Of Managing Your Money Is More Important Than The Amount!
In T. Harv Eker's Millionaire Mind Intensive, both trainers Harv and Robert have been emphasizing on the importance of setting a money management system with the jars or different accounts.
There are 6 jars or accounts that has specific purposes:
1. FFA - This is your Financial Freedom Account. This is a jar or account that you used to grow your assets with positive cash flow whether is it stocks, bonds, businesses or properties for rental and etc. The money in this jar or account must never be spent and you have to put in money every day to attract more. Like attracts like. The money inside the FFA must never be spent and when there are returns from the assets, the money should be channeled back into the FFA, to grow The Golden Goose! 10% of what you earn will go into this FFA jar or account.
2. NEC - This is your Necessities Account. The money in this jar or account should be used for your daily necessities like utilities, hair cut, meals and etc. 50% of what you earn will go into this NEC jar or account.
3. LTSS - This is your Long Terms Savings for Spendings account. The money in this jar or account is to be used for your purchase of bigger and luxurious items like a mortgage for your new home, your exotic vacations with your family, the HDTV that you always wanted to have, the payment for the Ferraris and Porsches that you always wanted to buy, your children's college education and etc. 10% of what you earn will go into this LTSS jar or account.
4. EDU - This is your Education account. The money in this jar or account is for your own education purposes, not your children. As what Jim Rohn always say, formal education makes you a living and self education makes you a fortune. I would not have been what I am today and am able to absorb so much of T. Harv Eker's had not it been for the self education I am engaging since 2002. 10% of what you earn will go into this EDU jar or account.
5. PLAY - This is your Play account. It is meant for you to enjoy yourself and reward yourself every month. The money in this Play account must be blown every month with nothing left. The only compromise of blowing it only in a quarter is when we have something more extravagant that we want to reward ourselves with, like a Rolex Sea Dweller watch that I will buy :)! Now I finally know why I am not having my wealth grows as much as I want to because I have only been focusing on growing the money but not rewarding myself of what a great job that I have done. 10% of what you earn will go into this PLAY jar or account.
6. GIVE - This is your Give account. An account that you contribute to the charity or hardworking folks that you believe should be rewarded with what they do. We always hear the saying that "It is better to give than to receive" and both Harv Eker and Robert rebuke it saying that the person who says it is on the receiving end. That is really interesting. In actual fact, this term originated from Greek and the saying is actually "It is better to be in a position to give than to be in a needy position to receive!" 10% of what you earn will go into this GIVE jar or account.
Some of you may face extreme challenges in following this system as the income that you are getting right now may only be enough for all your expenses. It is OK as I am not able to allocate my income right now account to the mentioned money management system too.
But, look at the title of this article, I have started with putting S$100 now with the intention to double the amount whenever I can but never dropping below the previous month amount and I am also putting money in my FFA jar every day. Some of you may think that this is hard work, allocating your finances but if you cannot even accomplish this, what makes you think that you can become rich where getting rich is even harder.
Anyway, life is a matter of choice. The choice is up to you!

Step 5: Publish your blog.
Step 6: As soon as you publish your blog submit it to search engines and web directories.

On June 4th Agloco released the viewbar for it's members!The viewbar itself it's simple, it has 3 buttons. The first one opens your default browser, the second one is a quick search type feature and the third hides the viewbar from seeing!The long space between serves as an ADS placement and it should provide rotating ads!Mine viewbar is not showing any ads for now and currently i have no idea how, when or what the earning and/or payment will be!here are some official notes on the viewbar:Viewbar Stability: We will be releasing an updated version of the Viewbar software within a week that will take care of some of the remaining ‘bugs’, and we will continue to stabilize the software. If you already have the Viewbar, you do not need to do anything to get this new version, as your Viewbar should automatically self-update with it. For the most part it seems these remaining ‘bugs’ appear minor and only affect a very limited number of members. This is good.
